StilScan is a new software product for a person identification by facial features and its searching within a database, which is designed entirely by STILSOFT GC specialists.  

The technology of identification, used in StilScan, provides a high probability (at least 99%) of facial recognition. Including significant interference factors such as beard, moustache, head-dress, disproportion in age, change of hairstyle and so long.

The searching procedure of a person by a ready template takes no more than 1 second for database, which stores an information about more than 40 million players. It is provided by using of optimized searching algorithms.

The software allows to display a total or certain number of similar faces from the database with a determined threshold percentage of compliance to a biometrical template.

Advantages of software product:

• Used in systems intended for anti-terrorist activities;
• It is possible to use the software both for searching of a player images within StilScan database and for comparing of images to each other;
• The number of database processing servers is unlimited.

StilScan basic server software, apart from the biometrical searching, provides solutions for the following tasks:

1. Formation of separate virtual arrays, combined by some characteristic, inside of a data store.
2. Import of images and text information from available data base.
3. Setting of recognition algorithm under an average quality of images in database.
4. Setting of recognition algorithm under a certain type of conducting operations (work with videos, work with photos).
5. Carrying-out of visual comparison of two images (selected from data base and provided for identification) by images overlay.
6. Image editing to perform an identification (bleaching, contrast change etc.) in order to increase the identification accuracy.
7. Manual correction of biometrical template (specification of biometrical spots positioning).
8. Automatic video shooting sheet with searching of a certain person on several video plots.
9. Using group pictures to perform identification operations.
10. Work with video cameras in a «streaming mode».
11. Identification by composite and drawing facial portraits as well as corpses etc.
