Should any problem arise the client need to contact our technical support and describe the failure and its conditions. It is necessity to give full name of the equipment or software and serial number.
If the problem cannot be solved by phone, in this case the client has to send the equipment to our service center if this equipment is still under warranty. The scope of equipment should be complete with intact seals. The equipment is to be sent together with all technical certificates. Absence of technical certificate or damaged seals disclaims all warranties.
The equipment is studied in our service center and service team states the failure reason. If the failure is under warranty the equipment is repaired within shortest time and sent back to the customer. Clients can learn the needed repair time at the service center.
We also repair our equipment beyond warranty period subject to additional payment. After we study the fault reason, the customer is offered to conclude a repair agreement.
Our service center can also provide repair services for systems of other manufacturers.
